  Ordered and paid for online, as yet still have not received item as it apparently was not in stock. How a company can sell something online that they don’t have these days amazes me. We have computers that track all stock movements and levels, but still they don’t know what they have. It has been 2 weeks and still no sign of my order. Very dissatisfied.

  Unfortunately I didn’t get the gent’s name but he went above and beyond that which I experienced at Good Guys not a half-hour before my visit here. He called the supplier for lead times and, when they were too long, he sold me the third-option appliance for the same price as the second-option. Will be back again!!!

  Went to buy a bar fridge there. Only found a limited range and when asking about what they had available was told that most of the stock was still in packaging and unable to be opened to have a look inside. Really defeats the purpose of shopping in person, as I had seen the model of bar fridge I wanted online and wanted to check it out in person. It was a wasted trip and I ended up going to The Good Guys Propsect instead, saw the fridge I wanted, got a bit of a discount and into the back of my car within 10 minutes of arriving at store. 1 star is for the Betta team member who was friendly enough.

  Bought a product and realised that it wasn't the right one. Spoke to the store on the same day and was told exchange only and managed to convince to get a refund. Rocked up to the store on Monday only to be told no refund !! Very disappointed !!!
  
  I understand that it was a "change of mind " however it would help the retail industry with a bit of better customer service.
  
  In hindsight, should have bought from ebay as I thought giving local business was giving back to community. Now I know.
