  I would agree that they have good cars at good prices. However, the log books and manual were never sent to us. We purchased our car 7 weeks ago now. On purchase it was promised that they would be sending the books as soon as they had them. We didnt trust this but they assured us it would happen. Since then i have called numerous times over the weeks. I am handed from person to person with not one ever taking my details or calling me back. 2 days ago charlie who sold me the car said he would "have the girls send them over". We hear nothing. I talk to the warranty girl who said she handles all the paperwork - jackie- and she dismissively tells me the books don't exist and i have the wrong idea about the situation. I work in retail. I have worked in retail for about 6 years. This is horrible service! I would never purchase from such an untrustworthy business again. There are better dealerships out there!
