  DONT RECOMMEND
  I bought a car through an auction online- great.
  Went to pick it up and the car didn’t start - not great.
  Since then it all went down hill.
  Requested a refund because the engine is seized and have been waiting 6 weeks so far
  You can’t talk to anybody on the phone only via email and when you do get through to someone they are in a call centre.
  When you go to grays Arndell Park to speak to the manager he just shrugs his shoulders and says I can’t help you after waiting half an hour.
  Still waiting to get reimbursed.

  Don’t come to this rubbish auction unless you want to be tricked with photos that are enhanced to make the car seem perfectly fine, but only to find out otherwise . Save yourself the time and money lose and go to another auction.

  Not too shabby, big area. The old homebush was better, at least it was in better in the city.
  Lots of cars, don't go in the rain like we did you'll be soaked.
  
  Customer service is kinda slow. I guess bad weather kind of puts everyone in a mood.

  Very poor customer service.This has been like this for a long time .The company must not care about customers as they have done nil to fix the problem.

  Descriptions of lots are utterly uninformative. They'll mention that there's a small scratch on the bumper, but fail to mention that the dashboard is lit up with significant warnings. I've bought two cars at Gray's, the second time thinking the first one must have just been a case of bad luck. I went to the trouble of dealing with useless staff to make inquires about the condition of the second car I bought, but again no mention was made of significant faults. My impression is that they're selling cars which fit in the category between cheap bombs and cars to be scrapped for parts.
